When you think of Kas, certain elements come to mind for everyone: the turquoise colour, a crystal-clear sea that brings the coolness of its bright and flowing waters to the shore... Embracing this intimate atmosphere and deeply loving Kas, we aimed to provide our guests with a special and boutique experience that befits Kas when we started welcoming Kas enthusiasts to our hotel after a comprehensive renovation in 2016. In 2023, we have undertaken another extensive renovation to offer our guests a more comfortable experience and keep our hotel up to date. Our hotel, one of the oldest in Kas, boasts a total of 22 sea-view rooms. Seventeen of our rooms feature large double beds, while the remaining five offer two separate single beds. The ground floor rooms have their own small verandas, and the upper floor rooms have balconies overlooking the magnificent sea view.

For our guests seeking a peaceful and tranquil vacation, we provide service at our private beach, outdoor swimming pool, and our restaurant partner, Oburus Momus, located in one of the most beautiful spots on the Çukurbağ Peninsula. Our private beach consists of platforms, similar to most beaches in Kas, with direct access to the sea via a pier. We also offer food and beverage service throughout the day on the beach. At the poolside, we serve meals both during the day and for dinner in our restaurant.

Where is Mavilim Hotel located in Kas?

We are located in the Çukurbağ Peninsula, just 4 km away from the centre of Kas. Our location, also known as the "Peninsula Hotels Area," is one of the most enchanting places to spend a vacation in Kaş. As soon as you turn off from the end of Kas Marina, at the junction leading to the peninsula, you will realize that you are entering a special area. The sea will wink at you from either side of the road, and the peninsula road, adorned with lush green olive groves and colourful bougainvillaea, will greet you with a vibrant "welcome" before we do. After a breathtaking and approximately 8-10 minute drive with splendid views, you will reach our boutique hotel from the centre of Kas.

The beauty of our location stems not only from the sea, olive trees, and refreshing air but also from the fact that it is a region where only small hotels and villas are found. While the lively nightlife continues in the centre of Kas, you can enjoy the serenity of the night at our boutique hotel, gazing at the stars that seem close enough to touch, and truly feel the privilege of being on the peninsula.

The most beautiful moment in our location is undoubtedly the evening hours when you can witness the magnificent sunsets of Kas. We guarantee that throughout the season, from every corner of our hotel, you can admire the sky painted pink, orange, and sometimes even fiery red by the sunsets.
